Lunch on Sunday 5 August

Insalata di riso per primo, pomodoro e mozzarelle per secondo.
(Rice salad first, tomatoes and mozzarella second.)

No picture of the rice, here's the mozzarella:


A little olive oil for condiment. Very simple.

The wine in the back ground is a local red wine called Gragnano.  It's a fresh red wine, not too light, but a little bubbly and very refreshing, which goes well in this heat (it's got to be 95 here today.)
